THE AGREEMENT WAS SIGNED

H.E. Mr. Tsengeg Mijiddorj, Ambassador of Mongolia to the Republic of Austria, and Mr. Georg Karner, Head of Export Finance of the UniCredit Bank as well as Ms. Doris Pignitter, Director for Organized Trade and Export Finance of the UniCredit Bank, signed the Export Credit Agreement for “Establishing the Cancer Prevention and Early Detection National Network Project” with a value of 10 million euros in Vienna, Austria. The project will be implemented within the framework of the Financial Cooperation Agreement signed between the Government of Mongolia and the Government of the Republic of Austria.

Austrian company "VAMED" will implement the project with the aim to establish a comprehensive national networking system equipped with necessary hardware and software requirements. This network will enable continuous and efficient prevention, early detection, and control of prevalent cancers such as liver, esophagus, stomach, cervix, breast, and colon among the Mongolian population.
